This Privacy Policy explains how Redesign Lab handles personal information collected through our public website, applications and contact forms, private site previews, checkout, and support communications. It applies to information about business owners, representatives, applicants, prospects, and website visitors.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, business details, messages, and materials you upload or send to us. For an application or request, we may collect details about the website or service you want us to review. We may also collect public business information and public customer reviews when preparing a private concept preview. We do not use reviewer photos or full last names in a preview.
Payments and checkout
Checkout is provided through our platform checkout flow. The checkout provider processes payment information needed to complete your purchase. Redesign Lab receives the purchase and account information needed to provide the service, but does not ask you to send payment card details through our contact forms, email, or support channels.
Site previews and client content
When we create a private preview or host a client site, we may process the business name, contact details, address, hours, services, website copy, images, and other content supplied by the business or publicly displayed by it. We use this information to prepare, deliver, host, improve, or support the requested website service.
Analytics and cookies
We may use analytics tools and related cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use the public site, improve performance, and measure interest in our services. These tools may collect device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and interaction information. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.
How we use information

Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to provide the service, resolve issues, maintain required records, or meet legal obligations. Private previews and related project materials may be deleted when they are no longer needed. After a hosted Care Plan ends, the site and related content are handled under the cancellation and 30-day content-export process in our Terms of Service. Cached Google content is not kept longer than Google permits.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive payment information or passwords through our public forms or email.
Marketing, consent, and unsubscribe
We send marketing or outreach messages only where permitted by applicable law. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honour unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also use our unsubscribe page or contact us to ask not to receive future marketing messages. Service-related messages about an active request, account, purchase, or hosted website may still be sent when needed to provide the service.
Your privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used. To make a request, contact Redesign Lab using the contact method on this website and include enough information for us to identify the relevant request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
